We are seeking a well versed Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from payments and variable expenses to bank transactions and budgeting.
Job details Include -
Assist and oversee Accounts Payable and receivable functions
Month End Close, Bank Reconcilations, Journal Entries
Prepare financial statements and regulatory reporting documents
Maintain account balances and bank statements
Assist with audits and taxes
General ledger and assist month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with in preparing documents and interpreting complicated financial information.
Other Accounting projects as needed
Requirements and Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of experience as an accountant
Proficient with Mircosoft Office Suite and ERP Accounting software
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excel Proficient
