HOW A SERVICENOW ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT and business operations
Design and implement workflow automation solutions, enabling process efficiencies and scalable service delivery
Oversee the incident, problem, and change management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely resolution, and system integrity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement new modules or enhancements
Monitor system performance, conduct regular platform audits, and apply upgrades or patches as needed
Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights into system usage and operational trends
WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field; or possess an advanced degree in a related field (such as: Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering, Data Science)
Required Experience: 4+ yrs of directly related professional work experience
Required Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph
Location: Tysons, VA - On Customer Site
