Ideal candidate will be local to Central Ohio with the ability to work a hybrid schedule, coming into the Dublin, Ohio office one day a week.
Responsibilities
Support daily domestic treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, payment execution, cash forecasting, investments, short-term debt, monthly reporting, and managing internal and bank relationships
Monitor and analyze the companys daily cash position to cover cash commitments and coordinate and optimize the short-term borrowing or investments, and assist in the execution of the daily cash management duties
Own the treasury daily cash forecasting model, updating on a daily basis, understanding variances, partnering cross-functionally for inputs and mitigating forecasting variances, and enhancing where applicable. Strong excel skills are a must for this position.
Demonstrate understanding of global banking transactions and advise on account structure and services with a global framework in mind
Lead bank account opening, closing and maintenance activities, and effectively manage bank fees and ongoing pursuit of cost reduction opportunities
Lead and assist with treasury projects and initiatives
Able to complete work independently
Able to identify questions and seek advice on new assignments
Able to juggle competing priorities and communicate deadlines to key constituents
Provide timely and in-depth analysis on complex tasks and projects
Develop knowledge of market trends and dynamics
Comfort working simultaneously on a broad range of projects and ambiguity
Collaborative, problem-solving approach that balances business partnering with maintaining required controls
Executive presence in interactions with senior management and all levels within the organization
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in accounting, economics, or finance; or equivalent work experience, preferred
3+ years of corporate treasury experience, preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
Knowledge of the banking industry and technical knowledge of bank products
Ability to apply finance and treasury principles
Excellent analytical and organizational skills and demonstrate great attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written, verbal and presentation skills
Previous experience with a Treasury Management System ideal (Kyriba preferred)
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is preferred
This role is comparable to a senior treasury analyst role at other organizations
