WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
Required Experience: 5+ years of related
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and proven ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
Hands-on experience with VPN technologies, including Cisco VPN and comparable client solutions.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service and enduser support.
Experience delivering technical support across diverse systems and environments.
System administration experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, telephony, and video conferencing equipment.
Experience deploying, configuring, and validating hardware and software components.
Skilled in using enterprise ticketing and incidentmanagement systems.
Practical experience supporting and maintaining Windows OS environments.
Practical experience supporting and maintaining Linux OS environments.
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
Desired Skills and Experience
Demonstrated adherence to exceptional security practices, including handling Restricted Handling (RH) data.
Experience supporting specialized systems such as FSA3 and FiCE.
Certification as a Data Transfer Officer.
Certification as a Krypto Handling Technician.
Training or experience supporting special Back Room operational requirements.
Advanced training in FSA3 and FiCE architectures, including associated troubleshooting procedures.
