The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.</p><p>Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by DePuy Synthes at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.</p><h2></h2><h2><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2><p>This role <span>supports industrial manufacturing processes by implementing all aspects of spare parts inventory management, procurement, production maintenance </span><span>operations, documentation, and problem correction. Additionally, this role uses technical skills to help develop production maintenance and engineering activities related to industrial manufacturing.</span></p><p><span>Under limited supervision, general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:</span></p><ul><li>Performs advanced duties in support of Asset Reliability initiatives.</li><li>Supports maintenance technicians, industrial engineers and production associates in a quick and efficient manner.</li><li>Owns the production asset spare parts inventory, including inventory management, reorders, restock, parts sourcing and cycle counts.</li><li>Facilitates spare parts inventory improvements, min/max level updates and eCMMS Maximo usage for inventory tracking.</li><li>Tracks and reports on the preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment, as needed.</li><li>Works independently on complex projects to frame basic engineering problems alongside other planners, technicians, engineers and operations teams.</li><li>Creates and maintains engineering documentation such as document change orders, calibration forms, equipment maintenance records, preventative maintenance plans, and LOTO procedures, as needed.</li><li>Completes basic validations alongside project teams and facilitates the implementation of production asset set up in Maximo.</li><li>Confers with engineering and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes in alignment with Asset Reliability initiatives.</li><li>Liaises with vendors, security teams and facilities teams to enable production asset uptime in support of 24/7 manufacturing operations. </li><li>Assists in service level agreement reviews and permit procurements for internal team and vendor activities.</li></ul><h2><b>Qualifications</b></h2><p><b>Education:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum Requirements: Vocational, Certificate, Technical or Associate’s degree.</li></ul><h2><b>Experience and Skills:</b></h2><p><b>Required: </b></p><ul><li>Requires 6-8 Years Work Experience, ideally in a manufacturing facility or industrial maintenance technician role.</li></ul><h2><b>Preferred:</b></h2><ul><li>Knowledge, Skills and abilities in Computerized Systems, Manufacturing Processes, GMPs.</li><li>OSHA and other medial industry applicable regulations.
