Critical for the role will be the ability to build and transform a finance team to strategically develop the company operating model, as well as creating the appropriate systems and reporting to enhance operational effectiveness in a growth focused business.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:</span></b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Comprehensive Financial Management for Global Circulatory Restoration (+$1B Revenue).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Working closely with leadership to develop long-term strategic plans, annual budgets and operational analysis and reporting; providing thought leadership around understanding business drivers and their impact</span></p></li><li><p><span>Establishing and reporting on key operational, financial and sales metrics, including KPI’s, dashboards, business trends and performance vs plan and driving processes to improve consistent productivity and efficiency improvements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide executive level monthly and quarterly performance packages</span></p></li><li><p><span>Overseeing ongoing development and improvement of business intelligence and budgeting tools.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead and mentor a diverse team of Finance Directors, Managers and Analysts.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Foster professional growth for staff through actionable feedback, recognition, rewards, and support for development plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Operating amongst cross-functional teams to analyze and present key financial and strategic issues to senior leadership</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the Circulatory Restorations CFO with ad hoc analysis and coordination of financial requirements.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Required</span></u><span> Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</span></b><span>:</span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced degrees or certifications such as MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial accreditations are strongly preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum of 15 years of progressive finance experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrated leadership experience, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Preferred experience in strategic planning, innovation, supply chain, commercial, franchise sales analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and actuals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) strongly preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to influence and shape senior level business decisions effectively.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of systems and organizational landscape is preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record in influencing and leading peers and business partners, as well as interacting with senior management.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication skills, including presentations, listening, and written communication.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Position is based in Santa Clara, California</span></p><p></p><p>– The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
