They will be accountable for strategic decision making for the labeling portfolio and provide leadership for design changes and implementation activities.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Accountable for all label design & project management deliverables for both US and OUS Labeling teams.</p></li><li><p>Leading and providing direction to the Labeling team in executing product labeling design for IFUs and product labeling.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating within the Supply Chain organization and with other business partners for strategy and objective development and execution.</p></li><li><p>Establish & maintain the highest caliber professionals with skill sets to design label templates, execute artwork, IFU production within the change management system.</p></li><li><p>Accountable for Labeling Design process and metric tracking.</p></li><li><p>Maintaining labeling procedures and compliance with standards.</p></li><li><p>Function as strong advocate for Quality/Compliance and support Quality system processes.</p></li><li><p>Provide ownership to CAPAs, Audit Findings and Nonconformance’s, as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Development of individuals within the organization.</p></li><li><p>Conflict Management Resolution.</p></li><li><p>Influence Management in a matrix environment.</p></li><li><p>Customer focus with a good understanding of our customer and commercial partner needs.</p></li><li><p>Problem analysis and resolution.</p></li><li><p>Delivery of results with a sense of urgency.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelors Degree Required, engineering or technical field desirable.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Engineering, NPD, Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and/or equivalent with significant project and leadership accountabilities required.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated successful completion of developing and leading processes, technical and/or business challenges.</p></li><li><p>Ability to lead a cross-functional team, cross-company, or cross region team.</p></li><li><p>Confirmed understanding of the Medical Device or equivalent regulated industry, Quality Systems and Change Control procedures.</p></li><li><p>Experience in New Product Development Projects or Lifecycle Projects.</p></li><li><p>People management and talent development skills.</p></li><li><p>Working in a matrix environment across geographies and organizations is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Understanding Labeling and Packaging design & requirements.</p></li><li><p>Understanding NPD and Supply Chain processes.</p></li><li><p>Advanced proficiency with written and verbal communications</p></li><li><p>This position could require up to 30% travel both domestic and international.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>Advanced degree</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated leadership experience within Projects and Processes.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated understanding of Operations, End-to-End Supply Chain, Medical Device knowledge.</p></li><li><p>Change Management experience.</p></li><li><p>Quality software systems ETQ, PLM.</p></li><li><p>Supplier Management experience.</p></li><li><p>Project Management experience, with FPX and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.</p></li><li><p>APICS certification</p></li><li><p>Green or Black Belt certification</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
