Responsible for the SDLC and ensuring critical applications and platforms operate at a high level of stability and continue to evolve in line with institutional priorities and industry best practices. Prepares operating budgets and performs personnel administration functions.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit">.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develops goals and objectives for the department based on interpretation of institutional policy and goals.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensures effective operations of the department through program development, process improvement, including the incorporation of AI software development capabilities, and coordination/integration of processes with other teams within and outside of HealthIT.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identifies, establishes and evaluates quality assurance, security, and privacy standards, programs, and procedures within the department.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develops staffing plans, justifications, and budgets for product and project investments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partners with leaders across HealthIT to plan for and coordinate successful projects in a transparent and collaborative manner.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree (required)</p></li><li><p>Experience leading development teams</p></li><li><p>Healthcare experience (preferred)</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span>Leadership (Intermediate): Motivates and inspires others to perform at a high level.
