Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy



• Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered



• 2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• PharmD



• Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 13 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including responsibility for staff development, workflow oversight, and operational performance
