Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: On the job training and/or trade school education
2 or more years of experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
6 or more months of experienced as a mechanic
6 or more months of experience as a carpenter
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in a Technical Trade
2 or more years of experience in a healthcare setting
6 or more months of experience as an electrician
6 or more months of experience as a plumber
Experienced painter
Experience may include:
