Warehouse Entry - Fort Collins, CO Warehouse General Laborer - Fort Collins, CO This is a full-time, hourly level position.
Position Summary: The Warehouse General Laborer performs all tasks related to material inventory management, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving functions. The position follows SOPs and practices safe work habits to ensure operations are as safe and efficient as possible.
This position includes a $1,500 sign on bonus ($500 after the completion of a successful 90 day introductory period; $1,000 after the completion of 180 days of continuous employment Starting salary range for this position is $19-$21
Job Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently work with loaders and unloaders to position product where needed
Perform various warehouse duties
Pick, stage and load orders for outbound shipments
Receive raw materials
Operate forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, and other equipment as required
Housekeeping duties
Assist with damage control
Organize pallets
Report all injuries, illnesses, near misses, damage or other issues timely
Job Requirements
Actively participate in all ADM required Safety, Environmental, Quality Assurance, and Performance Excellence programs
Reading and writing skills sufficient to comprehend/complete a variety of documents
Safely operate forklift to arrange product within the warehouse
Pulling orders per customer requests, including palletizing bags and preparing the pallet for shipment. Must be done in such a way as to reduce the chance of damage in transit
Accurately fill orders and document lot numbers for each bag and each product.
Shrink wrap and stage orders for shipment
Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending upon identified needs of the operations
Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
Assist in maintaining the housekeeping program (cleaning), including required written documentation
Assist in efficient warehousing and organization of products.
Attempt to keep products clear of dust, debris, and safe stacking of pallets is required.
Assist in light maintenance which may include using ladders, hand tools, and power tools.

Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and Holidays
Physical Requirements
Standing for prolonged periods of time
Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 lbs
Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pound bags when pulling orders or working damage control
