Work you'll do
As a Manager, Product Strategy and Management on the Global Employer Services technology team, you will be responsible for:
Define and evolve product strategy, roadmap, and priorities for technology offerings that support global workforce, mobility, business travel, and remote working needs.
Translate client, business, regulatory, risk, and control requirements into product requirements, user stories, and release plans.
Partner with engineering, design, go-to-market, and subject matter teams to deliver cloud-based, compliance-focused, and intelligent product enhancements and new capabilities.
Lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, prioritization, testing, launch planning, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance monitoring.
Support delivery of reporting, integration, and automation capabilities using AWS services, AI and machine learning tools, large language models, and structured data formats.

At Deloitte Tax LLP, our Global Employer Services professionals help multinational clients develop programs, processes, and digital offerings to manage a global workforce and the compliance obligations arising from global mobility, business travel and remote working. People within our technology group come from a diverse background - they partner with our go-to-market teams and global clients to solve challenging problems and design experiences and products that anticipate what our Deloitte clients will want and solutions that keep them compliant with global and local regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, business technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a quantitative field
5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, product development, or risk evaluation and control
Proven experience translating business or regulatory requirements into product requirements, roadmaps, or release plans; working with cross-functional teams that include technology, design, and business stakeholders; and using Agile or Scrum delivery methods and product lifecycle management tools
Proven experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), Lambda, Glue, Elastic MapReduce (EMR), CloudWatch, Redshift, and Aurora; artificial intelligence and machine learning frameworks; large language models; and autonomous agentic systems or intelligent automation solutions
Proven experience with incident management, root cause analysis methodologies, resilience patterns, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON); ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
One active accreditation in one of the following:
Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in state of practice or primary office, if eligible to sit for the CPA examination.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
Experience supporting products used for global mobility, business travel, remote work, or workforce compliance
Experience defining product metrics, key performance indicators, and success criteria
Experience leading product initiatives across global stakeholder groups
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or dashboarding tools
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $135,675 to $184,500.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
