Work you'll do
As an Engineering Manager II on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for:
Manage end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise applications.
Lead cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deliver application enhancements aligned with business goals and technology standards.
Coordinate across multiple program increments, manage resource allocation, and drive delivery of project milestones.
Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to support communication and issue resolution.
Oversee application stability, incident and change management, compliance activities, budget oversight, and continuous performance improvement.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Experience managing end-to-end delivery and operations of enterprise applications
Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver application enhancements
Experience with Java, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and artificial intelligence tools including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or AI agents
Experience supporting government projects
Ability to travel up to 80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:
Amazon Web Services (AWS) certifications
Experience working in a software development life cycle (SDLC) environment that uses artificial intelligence tools
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
